Connie believes postpartum is a time of deep change, transformation and growth; a vulnerable time with your newborn that is unique and deserving of compassion and a sensitive approach. Whether it’s three days postpartum, three weeks or three months, Connie is here to meet you wherever you are at. Supporting you through tangible tasks, navigating feeding & sleep rhythms, nourishing you with a home-cooked meal, or simply holding non-judgmental space for anything on your mind.

Warm, nurturing, holistic, with a healthy dose of evidence-based care, Connie seeks to empower you, the parent, providing you with the resources, knowledge and skill that not only resonate with your personal needs, but are sustainable in helping your family’s dynamic thrive through the postpartum journey ahead.

Connie has a degree in Acting and lives in Astoria, Queens with her fur-baby, Angelo. When not doula-ing you can find her on stage, on set, or in the voice over booth. She is a proud daughter, sister, aunt, god-momma of two and would be honored to be supporting YOU.

  • “Connie was truly a savior for us. As first time parents we were trying to find our sea legs with our infant daughter. Connie transformed our lives and eliminated a huge amount of stress and anxiety not to mention gave us much needed rest & sleep. Connie was calm, extremely wise, supportive and reassuring, particularly for my wife who was breastfeeding. She massaged my wife while breastfeeding, gave her wonderful tips to help latch the baby. Her voice and technique was calm, super caring and during her time with us on each occasion she would always go over and above the call of duty. Could not recommend Connie enough as a doula. She was incredible!”

  • "Miraculously, Connie made us into confident first-time parents within a matter of weeks. Her visits were an oasis of calm and reassurance, lifting us out of the postpartum whirlwind and providing the space to rest, rejuvenate and reflect. But with every visit, she also left us better equipped, with a clearer sense of our journey ahead, and more belief in our own ability to parent. From lactation support, first baths and even laundry, to giving us time to catch up on sleep and work, navigating wider family dynamics around the baby, and feeding us her delicious home made meals. It’s an incredibly holistic and meticulously thoughtful package of support only such an intuitive and sincerely committed person as Connie would be able to adapt so perfectly around each family. She is the best parenting decision we made."

  • "Having Connie as a postpartum doula was like having a spa for new mom come to our home. Connie came in two months after a traumatic birth. I was struggling with breastfeeding and needed to take care of myself in the last few weeks before going back to work. Connie helped in so many ways. Her lactation expertise was invaluable to help me finally get to exclusively breastfeeding as I was hoping. I was able to get me-time for walks, naps and to relax and she even gave me massages. Connie gave me the mental space I needed to process what I had been through. She also provided me with information on traumatic births and resources to move forward and heal. She brought us delicious meals, including a lasagna, a stew and lactation cookies. Connie’s help was invaluable in so many ways. She was a game-changer in enabling me to breastfeed exclusively and provided my husband and me a much needed breather. We are beyond grateful to her."

  • "Connie instantly felt like a trusted friend, a part of the family, someone who came into our life with no judgement whatsoever... she so clearly led with the intention of meeting us exactly where we were at. In spite of all the challenges of COVID, Connie showed up for us without fail and without her, my post-partum experience would have been very challenging both physically and emotionally. I wasn't necessarily sure exactly what a post-partum doula did when we started, but soon learned - what doesn't she do? From providing nourishing food to eat, to creating calm sanctuary moments within my home, to watching my toddler, to creating space to process the emotional aspects of post-partum, to meditation & massage, to handling piles of laundry on a cold January night when our machine had broken... to any mama or birthing person out there considering Connie, HIRE HER. you'll be so happy you did - but you'll also be so glad to have just connected with this amazing person along your post-partum journey."

  • "Connie was responsive, responsible, pleasant, energetic, and enormously helpful during my difficult postpartum period. I had a bad reaction to my c section anesthesia and my milk barely came in and she was supportive and kind and really met me where I was in my recovery process. I hired Connie as a night doula and in addition to watching the baby at night so I could sleep she brought me healthy food, reorganized my clutter, cleaned up my space, helped with breasts feeding and the complicated supplemental nursing system, and created a warm atmosphere around me where I felt cared for."

  • “Connie had an immeasurable impact on my recovery from birth and my baby's transition into the world. Nights with her were immensely restful and peaceful for our whole family. Each night with us, she arrived and listened intently to see what had changed and how we needed to be supported in that moment. She took time to understand how our baby needed to be comforted and cared for and tailored our time together to suit all of our needs and concerns. She brings an enormous amount of expertise and outside resources. Within days of arriving home from the hospital she identified a tension in my child that turned out to be torticollis and connected me with a fantastic care provider. Additionally, she made nutritious soups, sitz pads, and oatmeal for my family every morning. Her work considers every part of the birthing parent's recovery and the whole family's adjustment. She is warm, curious, hard-working, and beyond thoughtful. She so far exceeded our expectations of a postpartum doula and I wish everyone could benefit from such amazing care.”

  • "Connie was an absolute blessing during our first trimester of parenthood. As first-time parents, navigating through the endless (and sometimes contradictory!) resources online was overwhelming. Connie stepped into our lives like a guardian angel, providing not only essential support, but also an abundance of warmth and wisdom. When our son was born, she helped us with overnights as well as day time visits, ensuring we had the crucial support we needed. Connie went above and beyond, not just meeting our expectations but exceeding them in every way possible. Connie's impact on our lives was immeasurable. Connie's presence was a source of comfort, and there are things that seem like second nature now; like taking my son out in the baby carrier or pumping, that I didn't even know how to approach in the haze of early motherhood. Connie was always reassuring and calming when guiding me through these milestones. To future parents considering a doula, Connie is not just a recommendation; she's a necessity."

  • "Most importantly, I know that there is no way I would still be breastfeeding my baby today if not for Connie's incredible knowledge, patience, and support (day and night). She is so well educated in this area. And if there was something she didn't know, she would research until she found the answer. She stayed calm and positive even when I was in a state of despair. When nearly everyone else was telling me to give up breastfeeding because it was too painful and too hard, she didn't give up on me. Rather kept providing me with solid, evidence-based information as well as kind and steady encouragement. I could never thank her enough for this. We truly don't believe a postpartum doula could be better at their job than Connie."

  • "Our experience with Connie has been truly remarkable. She has given us invaluable support, care, and relief when we most needed it. We booked her for overnight services and with our newborn baby, she was able to soothe and tend to her with ease - just like any baby nurse would. She also took care of our whole family unit by helping with household chores, playing with our older toddler, cooking delicious home meals, organizing closets and so much more. When she was here, I was able to get the ultimate rest! She taught me how to nurse while laying down, gave me massages, and was there to ensure the baby was nursing well and getting the most intake. It was the ultimate game changer and a whirl of a difference compared to our baby nurse experience with our first born. Connie is extremely compassionate and committed. We are so grateful and lucky to have had her as our doula! She was the best decision we have made for our new family of four and would recommend her 1000%!"

  • "My family and friends were far, and so we signed on with Connie as our daytime doula for a few weeks after birth. We were dealt some challenges (preemie; hard to latch during breastfeeding; more fussy and crying than most, with digestive issues), and we found Connie’s guidance through these challenges invaluable. She checked in all the time, provided prompt and timely advice, was a support system that we didn’t know we needed but certainly did. Plus, she’s a great cook and she made sure we had some nutritious meals to keep us going through the tough times (that I still make now!). She’s also adaptable - I thought I wanted to breastfeed exclusively, which she was super supportive and helpful for. But after our baby was in the NICU and had a hard time latching as a preemie, and after she guided me to be able to pump enough (after surgeries no less!) to keep up with her, I decided I’d rather focus on exclusive pumping, and she was supportive of that decision immediately. Overall, I highly recommend Connie as your postpartum doula - you won’t regret it! Her value far exceeds any expense."

  • "Connie was such a blessing to our family as we navigated postpartum and parenthood for the first time. She gently assisted me through all the ups and downs of breastfeeding. She had an extremely calming and contagious presence and demeanor that helped everyone feel at ease. Watching her be patient helped me develop a similar patience with myself and my son and she truly felt like my breastfeeding partner during overnights so that my husband could get some rest. Connie, you are our real-life fairy-God-Connie, and we will forever be grateful for your help, advice, and love that you showered our family with. From fits of laughter in the kitchen during overnights, waking up to your magical oatmeal, folded laundry, a clean kitchen, the most relaxing massages and baths, to at the end of the day having a friend to hug and shed a bunch of tears with when things were hard. You made me feel like I wasn't alone or crazy for my thoughts - you kept me calm. You helped me find peace through my anxiety. If you're looking for a life-changing postpartum experience, go with Connie!”
