In our Childbirth Education Class, expecting parents learn about:

  • the physiology of labor including the stages and phases

  • fundamentals of birth, hands-on guidance for comfort measures

  • common hospital interventions

And more! We emphasize informed consent, communication and collaborative care with providers. Having preferences and an understanding of the different ways labor can unfold will help create a more empowering birth experience!

Recommended up to 36 weeks. Small group setting, up to 5-6 couples.
