Dalia (she/her) is a postpartum doula serving NYC — Manhattan, the Bronx, and select areas of Queens and Brooklyn — as well as lower Westchester. Trained through Ancient Song and Manhattan Birth, her path into this work was shaped by her own postpartum journey. While she deeply valued the doulas who supported her pregnancies and births, it was during her final postpartum experience that something shifted. The joy, exhaustion, emotional highs and lows, and the gaps she witnessed in support for new families inspired her commitment to caring for others during this all encompassing season.
With a background in process design and project management, alongside a deep passion for postpartum well-being and maternal mental health, Dalia brings support that is both nurturing and practical. Whether you need someone to listen to your birth story, guide you through newborn care, or help with household coordination, she meets families where they are.
Her hope is that every family she supports feels seen, empowered, and cared for during this transformative season of parenthood.
