Elisha is a certified postpartum doula based in New York City, providing daytime and overnight support to help families navigate the early days with their newborn. She is CPR certified and currently pursuing a Master’s in Infant Development, bringing over five years of hands-on experience supporting parents and infants during the postpartum period.

Known for her calm, nurturing presence, Elisha creates a supportive environment where parents feel confident and reassured. She offers personalized care tailored to each family’s needs, including newborn care, feeding guidance (breast/chest, bottle, pumping), emotional support, light household assistance, and help with sibling adjustment. 

Elisha is passionate about helping families establish gentle, sustainable routines for sleep and feeding, giving parents the rest and recovery they deserve. Families often say that having Elisha in their home brought peace, and they describe her as dependable, attentive, and deeply supportive someone who not only cares for their baby but nurtures the entire family.
