With a warm and gentle approach, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to support families through this transformative time. Being a trained psychologist in Brazil gives her knowledge to be emotionally attune to her families.

As a birth doula, she works to create a safe and comforting environment, offering emotional, physical, and informational support to families during the birthing process. She believes that a positive and supportive birthing experience can have a lasting impact on the family, and is committed to helping parents feel informed, respected, and confident in their choices.

As a postpartum doula, she offers her compassionate guidance and assistance during the crucial weeks following birth. She understands that adjusting to life with a newborn can be both challenging and rewarding, and she aims to provide a sense of ease and reassurance for new parents. From breastfeeding support to infant care guidance, she supports families navigate this delicate transition with warmth, understanding, and professionalism.

Fluent in both English and Portuguese, she is eager to support families from diverse cultural backgrounds, tailoring her approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.

When she is not supporting families during their journey into parenthood, she enjoys spending time in nature with her daughter and connecting with her local community.
