Lilia is a Full Spectrum Birthworker specializing in Integrative Postpartum Recovery,  also providing lactation support. 

After her own transformational homebirth experience with her son in 2019, she was called to Birth work. She pursued a year long Birth and Postpartum Certification through Cornerstone Doula Trainings. This brought out an even deeper love for everything birth and postpartum related. Postpartum turned out to be very difficult for her, and she hopes that she can be of help to anyone else who is seeking support during their sacred journey of pregnancy, labor/birth and postpartum period. She is connected with ancient wisdom (Eastern European, South American and Asian) as well as evidence-based (Western medicine), leaning into what feels more comfortable for you. She has supported/witnessed almost all versions of births, but has not had the pleasure to witness Twins yet.
