  • "I was use to it only being me and my husband in the room during all of my birthing experiences and us going along with whatever the doctors said because we had no voice in the hospital. This time I wanted a couple things to be different. During our meetings we had prior to me giving birth Meredith made sure she heard and understood all of my requests and concerns she also would explain how to advocate for myself and ask for what I wanted. If at any time I was confused about anything or I had questions she could not answer she would go home do her research and send me articles where I could read about the topic I was asking about. During my labor she was extremely calm she was able to help me with positioning of the peanut ball and other techniques to help alleviate as much pain as I could. She was the extra support me and my husband needed! Not only was I able to be vocal with my requests but I was able to give birth to a healthy baby girl with the assistance of Meredith and my husband. I would highly recommend Meredith’s Doula services her gentle calm demeanor was exactly what we needed during our birthing experience."

  • "Meredith was a godsend. I had a number of complications late in my pregnancy, during childbirth, and for the first week of my daughter’s life and Meredith was absolutely crucial to making it through - physically and emotionally. I cannot recommend her enough! "

  • "Meredith was incredible leading up to and during my birth. I felt extremely prepared for my unmedicated birth and had multiple coping strategies. When it became difficult during the beginning of the pushing stage, Meredith got me through so I was able to deliver a healthy baby girl."

  • "My husband and I absolutely loved working with Meredith as our birth doula! While the birth was a difficult and emotional experience for me, her presence made all the difference. She was incredibly attentive and compassionate, ensuring I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for during one of the most challenging moments of my life. Her guidance not only reassured me but also helped my husband understand how to support me better. We both are very grateful for everything Meredith has done for us, and we are absolutely sure that anyone who chooses to have her as their doula won’t regret it!"

  • "Meredith was a fantastic supporter and calming, positive presence during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She.always gave thoughtful answers when I had questions and helped me remember to seek out what I most needed in each moment and addressed my fears or concerns with action. She made the birth environment a calm, beautiful place to be and reassured me every step of the way, even when things were not going as planned. When I have my next child, I will be calling Meredith again!"

  • Working with Meredith was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. She was calm and supportive throughout the entire process, and she helped me and my partner feel more confident as new parents. We are so grateful for her help!

  • I initially was laboring at home for a couple days and Meredith was there by phone and text to talk me through it the whole time. She arrived at the hospital shortly after I did and helped me with the next part of labor - changing my positions and helping me understand what was going on with the medical interventions. Near the end of the birth, several complications came up. Meredith was so invaluable at this time - she helped me stay calm about these unexpected events, she told me how to push and cheered me on, she helped me through the pain and nausea in the aftermath. Even the OB resident at my birth said, “I want you to be my birth doula!” Afterwards I was a bit emotionally shaken up by the experience and she showed up to hug me and help me find more support. If I give birth again I will definitely want Meredith to be my doula again!
