Rachael is a birth and postpartum doula who supports families through all birth experiences-hospital births, medicated births, cesarean births, VBACs, unmedicated births, home births, and everything in between. She believes that every family deserves personalized, compassionate support and that informed decision-making is one of the most powerful tools for creating a positive birth experience.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that knowledge fosters confidence. By helping families understand the processes of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum recovery, Rachael empowers them to navigate this transformative season with greater ease, trust, and confidence. She is passionate about helping clients understand their options, reduce fear, and feel supported in making the decisions that are right for them.

Throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, Rachael provides evidence-based education, emotional support, practical resources, comfort measures, and nurturing postpartum care tailored to each family's unique needs. Drawing on her background as an herbalist, she also offers guidance on nourishment, rest, and holistic wellness practices that can support recovery and overall well-being.

Her goal is for every client to feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported as they move through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.

  • "Rachael has been an immeasurable resource and support as my doula. Before giving birth, Rachael provided insight, education and resources for me to prepare my mind and body for birth. After having my son, Rachael provided me the kind of support that is so special to her abilities. Her care in providing nourishment for my lactation made the difficult process of getting my milk to come in after a premature birth, smoother and genuinely easier. Rachael has provided emotional support to me and created a safe, nurturing space for me to share my ongoing fears, concerns and pain.  As a new mother, it has been invaluable to have Rachael there for me to provide guidance, support and knowledge. My healing process has been incalculably easier because of her."
