Stacey-Ann is a full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and sleep-shaping consultant serving families across New York City and surrounding areas. With a calm, grounded presence and a deeply family-centered approach, Stacey-Ann supports parents from pregnancy through the early months of life with evidence-based care and heartfelt compassion.

Her services include birth doula support, daytime and overnight postpartum doula care, newborn care and feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and combination feeding), sleep shaping and gentle sleep education, sibling doula support, and virtual consultations. Stacey-Ann also offers practical household support during the postpartum period, including newborn routines, recovery-focused care, and emotional support for parents as they adjust to life with a new baby.

Stacey-Ann brings a strong understanding of family dynamics, infant development, and the realities of modern parenthood. She is especially passionate about helping families feel confident, rested, and supported during this tender transition. When she’s not working with families, she enjoys writing children’s stories, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her own family, experiences that continue to shape her thoughtful and intuitive care.

Most importantly, she gave us the gift of sleep without worry about our baby. He adored Stacey, and we never questioned that he was in capable, loving hands. I was able to sleep through the night, waking up once or twice to pump, and Stacey would store the milk and clean all the associated parts.
