Recommended between 28-34 weeks. In this 3hr class you will learn fundamental information about your first birthing process:
Optimal fetal positioning
Stages and phases of labor
Markers of labor progress (effacement, dilation, station)
When to go to the hospital/birthing center
Coping skills, comfort measures, labor positions
Common hospital interventions (including epidural, inductions and cesarean)
Advocacy skills
