Recommended between 28-36 weeks. In the two 2hr sessions you will learn:
Optimal fetal positioning
Stages and phases of labor and how this might be different from first time
Markers of labor progress (effacement, dilation, station)
Coping skills, comfort measures, labor positions
Common hospital interventions (including epidural, inductions and cesarean)
Advocacy skills
